1 room apartment in Malmö

I'm looking for a lodger. It is a large 4-room apartment; I have lived here for 21 years. It's one of the nicer areas in Malmö. The apartment is fresh and nicely furnished. The room is fully furnished and is somewhat separate on the other side of the apartment, with its own toilet for the room that no one else uses — it gives the feeling of a studio within the apartment.
