1 room apartment in Lund

Hi! I am going on exchange this fall and am therefore renting out my apartment in Lund. It is 41 sqm and is rented out fully furnished. It has a separate kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a bright living room with a sofa, TV, and bed (attaching some pictures so you can see what it looks like). The apartment is about a 10-minute bike ride from Mårtenstorget and about a 15-minute bike ride from EHL. The rental period is from August 1st to January 1st.
