I am renting out a nice apartment on Möllegatan in Lund because I work in another location. The apartment has one room and a kitchen, is located on the first floor in a quiet area, and has windows facing two directions. In the inner courtyard, there is a cozy garden, and a laundry room is available in the basement. Water and heating are included in the rent.
