1 room apartment in Lund

I am renting out my charming apartment on Möllegatan in Lund because I work in another town. The apartment is half a flight up and has views of the cozy inner courtyard and out onto Möllegatan. It has high ceilings and the area is quiet. There is a shared laundry room in the basement in the same stairwell as the apartment. Kitchen equipment is provided as well as some furniture. Service fee for tenant: 467
