1 room apartment in Lund

Room for rent in a regular three-room apartment. The apartment is in a cohousing building in eastern Lund, which consists of 24 apartments with access to common areas. My husband and I are retirees and spend most of our time at our country cottage. I live in the apartment about 1–2 weeks per month and we share the kitchen and the bathroom. Wi‑Fi access is available.
