1 room apartment in Lund

I am now renting out a room in my apartment, preferably to a female student. The room is furnished and it’s quiet here — good for studying. All utilities are included in the rent, i.e. electricity, internet, TV, hot water, etc. There is a communal laundry room with plenty of available slots.
