Update regarding the apartment Thank you to everyone who has contacted me about the student apartment in Porsön, Luleå. I’ve received quite a few messages from interested students. I have now contacted Heimstaden, and unfortunately they do not allow me to transfer the contract directly to another person or choose a replacement tenant. I have therefore been instructed to submit my termination first, after which Heimstaden will advertise the apartment through their own regular letting process.
