1 room apartment in Luleå

We have a room in our 3-room apartment that is just standing and collecting dust. Common areas are the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Direct bus to LTU and the City just around the corner. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but also a laundry room that can be booked. Close to nature, lighted trails, and barbecue areas. Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
