1 room apartment in Luleå

We have a room in our three-room apartment that's just sitting unused and collecting dust. The shared areas are the bathroom, kitchen and living room. A direct bus to LTU and the city is just around the corner. There is a washing machine in the apartment, and there is also a laundry room that can be booked.
