The town of the "Black Gold" Black diabase is a black granite that is still quarried today in Svarta Bergen, Lönsboda. In addition to quarries and craftsmen, there is unique nature here offering many hiking trails and experiences. Lönsboda has a rich community life with its own swimming and sports hall as well as a community center that includes, among other things, a library and a youth center.
