1 room apartment in Linköping

I am renting out my one-room apartment in Gottfridsberg on a sublet basis, open-ended. 4400 SEK/month for 22 sqm with a small kitchen/kitchenette and a balcony. Electricity included. The apartment has two storage spaces (one attic and one basement storage). There is a shower in the basement in a space similar to the laundry room. Move-in in January, but access can be granted earlier by arrangement.
