Renting out my condominium from February 1st. The apartment has a patio, a private entrance and a French balcony. Furnished; electricity, internet and hot water are included in the rent. Free 24-hour parking is available further down the street. Looking for a quiet person with stable finances. Good transport links: a 5-minute walk to both the Lidingöbanan and buses that take you to Ropsten in 5–10 minutes. Within walking distance to Lidingö centrum. Service fee for tenant: 624
