1 room apartment in Lidingö

Renting out a room on the upper floor of my apartment, which has an open-plan layout on the lower floor. The apartment has two entrances, a bathroom with a bathtub and underfloor heating, and a terrace. 10 minutes from the city by car, street parking is available, 2 minutes to ICA, LÖ-centrum 3 minutes by car, the bus stop is across the street and it takes about 20 minutes by bus/train to the city. A deposit is required. Service fee for tenant: 242
