1 room apartment in Katrineholm

I am renting out my bright, well-laid-out 38.5 sqm studio indefinitely. The apartment is close to public transport, with about an hour's travel time to Stockholm. It is rented out fully furnished and electricity is included in the rent; broadband must be arranged by the tenant. The reason for the rental is that my wife and I have moved to a larger home in another city.
