1 room apartment in Kållered

I'm renting out a room in my apartment. One room, not the whole apartment. I'm rarely home but otherwise we share the kitchen and bathroom. Half the fridge and half the freezer. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a brand new bathtub with new appliances (washing machine and tumble dryer).
