1 room apartment in Kållered

I rent out a room in my apartment. A room, that is not the whole apartment. I'm rarely at home but otherwise we share the kitchen and bathroom. Half of the fridge and half of the freezer. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a brand new bathtub with new appliances (washing machine and tumble dryer).
