Nice and well-planned 1-room apartment with a balcony in Jakobsberg available for subletting from July. The apartment is located on a high floor and is close to both Jakobsberg center and the commuter train. It is rented furnished but can also be rented unfurnished upon request. Rent: 8,500 SEK/month Electricity and WiFi: Paid by the tenant. The rental is for about 1 year as I will be test living together with my partner during this time. I am primarily looking for a calm and responsible tenant with stable finances.
