Hello! I want to rent out a room in an apartment. The apartment is partially furnished. However, your room will be empty; there is a wardrobe, chair, lamp, and curtain. I am renting it out to an orderly, quiet woman. The price excludes electricity. It is a 10-minute walk to Flemingsberg commuter train station, or you can take the bus. Of this amount, the service fee for the tenant is SEK 267/month (included in the rent above).
