Separate apartment in a townhouse. Shared entrance hall with the townhouse. Two adults and two teenagers live in the townhouse. You have your own shower, toilet, washing machine, and kitchenette. The apartment has a drop-leaf table that can be used as a desk and kitchen table. Fast and stable internet is included. There is an opportunity to store a bicycle under cover outside the apartment. We enjoy having a tenant and are always available if you need help with anything. Of which tenant service fee: SEK 252/month (included in the rent above)
