Now it’s time to sell my apartment. It is a one-room apartment with a sleeping alcove and kitchen, measuring 41 square metres, in Rönningen. It is part of Brf Skogsbrynet, a financially stable housing association. The room was painted and wallpapered when I moved in in 2021, and all the floors and baseboards were replaced at the same time.
