1 room apartment in Helsingborg

I have moved and have my apartment for sale. According to the association's rules, contracts are signed for a maximum of 6 months at a time. The apartment is in very good condition; we have really enjoyed living here. The area is quiet with good neighbors and a gated association. This means that only someone who lives here can enter with a tag (i.e., no entry codes).
