Rental of a fully furnished apartment (1.5 rooms) approx. 43 sqm. Has a balcony. The residence is located in Hässelby Gård (3 minutes to the bus and subway station). I am looking for a pet-free and non-smoking, calm, tidy/responsible person with a stable income.
