Nice, newly renovated studio in a quiet area with access to a garden. The apartment is on the basement level, fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen; there is a TV (however no receiver), internet, towels and bed linen. The house is 150 m from the bus stop (10 minutes to the city center), with good public transport. We prefer a tidy and calm person who needs a one-room apartment, preferably for a longer period.
