1 room apartment in Hägersten

Have bought a villa in Hälsingland and will spend about 75% of my time there. Renting out this incredibly well-planned apartment 50-75% of the time (we will agree on an arrangement). That is, depending on what works best for you, but I will need access to the apartment about 1 week per month due to work.
