Have bought a villa in Hälsingland and will spend 75% of my time there. Renting out this incredibly well-planned apartment 50-75% of the time (we'll agree on an arrangement). 1 room + sleeping alcove. Nice balcony in a good location. Close to the subway and cafes as well as restaurants. The apartment is super cozy and in good condition. Nice view and on sunny days, the sunsets become magical towards spring.
