It is a one-room apartment of 36 square meters on Signalgatan, on the top floor with partial sea views. Spacious separate kitchen, separate hallway, and walk-in closet. In addition to the walk-in closet, there is also a built-in wardrobe. No balcony, but three large windows. Dishwasher included.
