1 room apartment in Gothenburg

I want to rent out my apartment. It’s a one-room apartment, 32 sq. m., at Frölunda Torg. I’d like to rent it out for one year. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and has a glazed balcony. It’s on the third floor, about 100 meters from Frölunda Torg. The rent is SEK 6,000 per month. I’m looking for a non-smoking tenant with no pets. A female tenant is preferred. I’ve also attached a floor plan of the apartment. Please send me a private message if you’re interested.
