1 room apartment in Gothenburg

I am planning to rent out my apartment as a sublet. The apartment is located in Eriksberg, is a one-room apartment (studio), will be rented furnished and the rent will be 8,500 SEK (furnishing and hot water included). I will rent the apartment out either sometime around mid-March, April 1st, or mid-April.
