I want to rent out a room in my apartment, which is a three-room apartment of 86 sqm. The apartment is located in Västra Gunnesgärde in Tuve and I live alone. It takes about 20 minutes to Gothenburg Central Station by bus 17. It takes about 4 minutes to the bus stop. The room is 14 sqm with a separate walk-in closet.
