1 room apartment in Gothenburg

Hello! I am renting out my nice studio apartment in Kålltorp from 1/2-26 to 1/12-26 with the possibility of extension. The apartment is available for move-in from 1/2, but I am flexible with the move-in date. The nearest tram stop, Sanatoriegatan (about a 2-minute walk from the apartment), takes you to central Gothenburg in about 10 minutes. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. nearby. There is free street parking outside the apartment. The apartment is rented unfurnished.
