Renting out a studio with a kitchen! Hi! I'm going on an internship next term and will therefore rent out my apartment from Jan 1 to May 1, but you can have access already in December. The apartment is located in Hisings Backa and it takes about 20 minutes to get into town! The apartment will be rented semi-furnished and I can also leave, among other things, kitchen utensils if desired! Rent is 5,800 plus an electricity bill. Pictures available upon request! This is a student apartment, so you need to meet SGS's requirements to rent.
