1 room apartment in Gothenburg

I have a large, nice apartment by Östra sjukhuset in Björkekärr where I live with two lodgers. One of the rooms (just over 10 sqm) will become available in February because the person living there has been a lodger for over two years and has now gotten her own apartment. My intention is for the room to be rented long-term. There is the possibility to live here for at least two years if everything goes well. We have three months' notice from either side.
