1 room apartment in Gothenburg

Since my current tenant has received a first-hand contract, I am now renting out my apartment again. It is located on Fyrklöversgatan, a 5-minute walk from Wieselgrensplatsen and 7 minutes by public transport from Centralen/Brunnsparken. The apartment is a very nice newly built (2020) larger studio of 43 sqm on the 6th floor with no overlooking neighbors. Previous tenants have loved it but unfortunately moved away from Gothenburg. I am therefore looking for a stable tenant who wants to live here long-term since I study outside Gothenburg. ...
