The apartment is located in a very quiet but central area within walking distance to the center (5 minutes). Close to shops, restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk to the University. The central station is also only 15 minutes away. The apartment is about 28m2, one room with a kitchenette, and will be rented furnished (120 cm bed, sofa, dining set, TV stand).
