1 room apartment in Gävle

Hello, I want to rent out a room in a three-room apartment with a balcony to a nice guy. We will share the internet, kitchen, and bathroom. The room has a desk and chair, then it goes to a tenant. It costs 4000 SEK every month. You will also pay a 3,000 SEK deposit which you will get back if you do not damage or steal anything when you move out. Service fee for tenant: 198
