1 room apartment in Farsta

A room in an apartment. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me and my family and will have only one room in my apartment to yourself. I would preferably rent it out to a girl or to someone who studies or works. My household is quiet and clean, so you must be the same. The rent includes a fully furnished room, electricity, and Wi-Fi. P.S. A deposit is also required, but we can discuss that privately. Of this, the service fee for the tenant is SEK 297/month (included in the rent above).
