1 room apartment in Farsta

I've started studying in another town and am therefore renting out my modern studio in Farsta! It's within walking distance to Hökarängsbadet and, since the apartment is on the 7th floor, you also have a view of the lake. There is a bus right outside the entrance and it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway! It's a youth housing building, which means you can't be over 26 when renting! Service fee for tenant: 456
