1 room apartment in Enköping

Partially renovated studio apartment with a new kitchen, walls, and floors in the living area. Located just a stone's throw from the square in Enköping with a lovely courtyard. Three minutes to the bus and 10 to the train. Rent includes electricity, heating, water, and garbage. We share the internet cost. The apartment is a rental part of my condominium where I live. The apartment is currently under renovation, so the pictures of the kitchen and living area are from before the renovation. Service fee for tenant: 321
