1 room apartment in Bålsta

Welcome to a cozy 31.8 m² one-room apartment with a separate kitchen in Bålsta. It suits someone who wants a calm place to live that's still close to Stockholm. The apartment has one room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. I'm moving to another place, so I'm looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment. OBS: I'll be taking the sofa with me when I move out, so it won't be included with the apartment. Varav serviceavgift för hyresgäst: 357 kr/mån (ingår i hyran ovan)
