I’m renting out a room in my apartment, which is located near Gullmarsplan with access to the metro, light rail, and bus connections. The building is adjacent to the Årsta nature reserve. It's a 20-minute walk to Södermalm. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, armchair and a bookshelf with cabinets.
