1 room apartment in Arnäsvall

Hi! I am renting out a one-room apartment/living room (33 sqm) that is fully equipped. Located 10 km from Ö-vik, in a rural setting. It takes about 15 minutes by car from Ö-vik. A car/driving license is a must, as public transport is poor. The rent includes water, electricity, internet and insurance for the landlord’s apartment and associated belongings.
