1 room apartment in Åre

We are the owners of a 55-square-meter cottage in Tegefjäll and are looking for a long-term tenant (1 year or more). We prefer a responsible, pleasant person who will take care of our apartment. Available from April. It is furnished, includes a parking space for one car, and is about 500 meters from the ski lift. Families and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Rent (including heating and all costs) is about 9,000 SEK.
