Two-story townhouse with a patio. Newly painted room. (The boxes in the picture will of course be removed before moving in.) There is an indoor cat, but she may be on the patio under supervision. My youngest son (21 years old) still lives at home. Quiet and pleasant area with friendly neighbours.
