1 room apartment in Angered

Hello! I am renting out 1 room in my large 3-room apartment with 2 patios from August onwards until further notice. The apartment is located in the scenic and modern Gårdsten, only 10 minutes to Angered center and 25 minutes to the city. The rent is 3500 + 2000 deposit. Includes water, electricity, internet, and shared bathroom and kitchen. I am a pensioner with a small cat. I would like to have a lodger, because it feels so lonely sometimes.
