1 room apartment in Angered

Hello! I am renting out 1 room in my large 3-room apartment with 2 patios from December onwards. The apartment is located in the scenic and modern Gårdsten, only 10 minutes to Angered center and 25 minutes to the city. Rent 3800 + 2000 deposit. Water, electricity, internet and a shared bathroom and kitchen are included. I am a pensioner with a small cat. I would like to have a lodger/roommate because it feels lonely sometimes. Preferably a student, but workers are fine. Service fee for the tenant: 188
