Apartment is 60 sqm with 2 rooms and kitchen. I am renting out one room in my 2-room apartment at Lagerlöfsgatan 20E from 15 May 2024. The area is very close to the city. We share a bathroom and kitchen. The rent is 4300 kr per month. It's ground floor in a two-floor building. The common laundry room is adjacent to the building. I'm looking for someone clean, smoke-free and considerate person. El and wifi are included in the rent. A deposit of one month rent upon moving in and will be returned upon moving out.
