Renting out a room in Rörsjöstaden. SEK 4,000 including everything. Furnished with a sofa, chest of drawers, and soon also a bed. Built-in wardrobe and a window facing a cul-de-sac with trees, on the third floor. We share the kitchen and bathroom. I’m 28 years old and work both as an artist and a gardener.
