Hi! As our current tenant is moving out, we will be renting out our apartment from January. Initially the plan is to rent it out until the end of July, but with a good possibility of extension through the summer of 2027. The apartment is located at Möllevångsvägen 10B, about a 7-minute bike ride to LTH/EC and about the same to the city center. The apartment is 37 sqm and will be rented furnished with a sofa, TV stand and TV. The rent is 8,000 SEK per month with everything included (broadband, electricity, water). All the best, Adam & Signe
