The whole house is available for student rental. The house is 180 m² and has two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, hallway, laundry room, three bathrooms, a furnished garden and a bicycle garage. The common areas are cleaned once a week. The house is located in the Linero district, close to Linero center where you can find a grocery store, pizza restaurant, pharmacy, health center, gym, etc. You can get to central Lund by bus (the stop is just outside the house) or by bike in about 15 minutes.
