One room in 2-people apartment available in SGS Lindholmsallén 29, from late January/early February. Rent varies slightly with water and electricity usage, and comes out a bit under SEK 6000 after adding home insurance and Tenants' Union membership. Internet, cable TV, laundry, and residence's amenities are included. The place is originally unfurnished, but my current roommate is leaving behind her stuff, so there is an extra SEK 500 fee for furnishing. My contract will remain for at least 2 years more.
